How to: Paste graphic object from one application to another.
Solution:
Use the 'Cut' or the 'Copy' command to cut or copy the selected graphic, and use the 'Paste Special...' or the 'Paste' command in the destination application to paste the graphic.
1) Select the graphic to be copied.
2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select either 'Cut' or 'Copy'.
3) Open the document into which the graphic is to be pasted.
4) Position the insertion point where the graphic is to appear.
5) Do one of the following to paste the graphic:
a) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'.
b) To paste the graphic as a picture:
1] Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste Special...'. (The Paste Special dialog box appears.)
2] Select 'Picture' from the 'As' list box.
3] Click 'OK'. (The graphic is pasted to the destination document.)
